At Auctions Neapolitan, we start with an initial consultation and a thorough physical inspection of the personal property items that you wish to sell. During this consultation we will help you to identify your priorities, establish the most appropriate venue for selling, discuss all fees that would be involved and create a customized plan so you can maximize your results.

Free Estimates: If you have a single item or the property items are easily transported, please bring them to our gallery for a free verbal estimate of value. If you can not transport your property, estimates may be supplied from photographs. The photographs should be of good quality and we will need pertinent information on condition, dimensions and provenance. These services are similar to a verbal approximation of value and are provided free of charge. Estate contents, large collections and Business inventories may need to be evaluated on-site. Arrangements can be made for an Auctions Neapolitan representative to meet you at your location. Please contact us for an appointment.
Selling your items: There are times you may wish for a faster settlement than consignment can offer. If so, we will purchase your items or negotiate a private transaction with a pre-qualified buyer ensuring immediate cash payment. Consigning your items: Items may be consigned and marketed through:
- Live Internet Auctions: One of the most powerful selling tools available today which provides unparalleled international exposure. The actual auction is broadcast Live in real time while we are also accepting bids from clients present in our Auction Gallery and on the telephone. Prior to auction, the items are listed for no less than 5 days so that bidders can submit proxy bids. The results can be amazing with many items achieving astonishing prices before auction day!
- Estate Sales, Orderly Liquidations and Sealed bid Sales: Usually occur on your premises. Our team comes to your site. We set up the items for display, prices are established for each item, we market the sale, provide a full staff on the day of sale, and arrange for clean up and charitable donations. All you need to do is decide which items you do not wish to sell. We handle the rest!
- The Luxury Consignment Store: Some items are best suited to selling in a classic retail environment. In those instances, we may offer consignment opportunities to our retail showroom, which is located within our spacious sales facility.

Fees - Items are sold on a commission basis. All fees are fully disclosed during your consultation and bound by written contract. There are no hidden costs.
Marketing - Our extensive client network and internet capabilities enable us to implement a broad-based marketing strategy that may include print ads, brochures, catalogs, internet web pages, item listings on major online auction sites, publicity releases and direct mailings.
Consignor Settlement - As a Florida Licensed Auction Business, we are governed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and must adhere to strict ethical and legal codes. By law, all of our consignment funds are deposited into an Escrow Account and consignor payments must be made no later than 30 days after the collection of sale proceeds. Our state-of-the-art computer applications enable us to maintain meticulous records, which are provided to you at settlement.
Confidential Reserves - Some items may be sold subject to a reserve. A "reserve" is a minimum price below which an item cannot be sold. If bidding stops before the reserve price is reached, the lot will be "bought-in" by the auctioneer and buy-in charges may apply.
Insurance - Insurance for personal property items located on our premises is available.
Delivery- Arrangements can be made to have your item/s delivered to our location at very competitive rates.
Cleaning and Repair - Items in proper condition achieve better prices than items in poor condition. If time does not permit you to spruce up your items prior to consignment, polishing, small repairs, and touch ups can be contracted to enhance the marketability.
